乌克兰 delegation enters occupied Oleshky under local ceasefire, begins evacuations and aid delivery
After demining designated routes, a Ukrainian delegation led by Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets safely entered occupied Oleshky on 30 October. The team began delivering humanitarian aid and evacuating residents under a local ceasefire agreed with Russia with US mediation. Residents could choose to travel to Ukraine or Russia; those heading to Ukraine were to move through Anapa and Belarus.
